“WE SEEK NOTHING BUT A PERFECT FUTURE”

Our aim is to build an equilateral triangle where the relationship among the school, the family and the children are perfectly balanced. Our teachers are passionate about delivering critical knowledge and skills to young children. We understand parents’ desires about a school which is capable of providing great experiences for their child. Moreover, our educators are immensely sensible of their repsonsiblities to coordinate with the parents and consult them on the journey of their children’s development.

The associates in our facility must undergo a prudential selection with high standard on their level expertise, enthusiasm and responsibility at work. The school only settles on the most premier educators, who manifest adequate work experiences, a degree in early childhood education and a Montessori certification, for the position of homeroom teachers.

With the desire to build a strong and engaged team, we always strive to establish an attractive and on-track future career for our teachers. We select passionate and excellent individuals to fund the Montessori training courses of the AMI Association – the world’s most prestigious international Montessori association founded by Maria Montessori. We constantly host training sessions to improve the quality of our team and find potential teachers for higher positions. Teaching assistants also have the opportunity to become homeroom teachers. Prominent homeroom teachers can be promoted to the position of academic leader or manager. We are a family whose vision aligns with the determination to bring the best to the children.

We believe that children are most beneficial from education when both the family and the school synchronize. Our teachers are trained to actively communicate with parents via software, host face-to-face parent-teacher conferences openly and privately at the end of each semesters. We want to build a community of parents who share the same ideal about education. The school has open class sessions every year for parents to observe and understand how classroom activities operate.
