GUIDANCE FOR REGISTRATION

Please submit these following documents:

•    School registration form
•    Child’s birth certificate
•    A copy of one parent’s ID
•    A copy of Household book
•    4x6cm portrait pictures of the child (4 pieces)
•    Photos of the child and family members
•    4×6cm photos of two family members for parent pick up card

*Kindly check the information about schools, classes, financial policies, school regulations and bring your children to school on arranged schedule. If your children does not participated in her/his first day, our school may re-arrange another date.

CHILDREN ESSENTIALS BUNDLE

Please prepare following personal items for your children:
• Seasonal bedding set (fits in a pocket)
• Diapers (in case your child still wears diapers) and extra clothes
• Brush and toothbrush
• Personal water bottle

PAYMENT

1. Payment term:

• Tuition must be paid before the time on payment notice, which will be sent to you every month.

• In the situation of late payment, late payment fee will be charged at the following rate – 0.5% of the unpaid amount, started from the payment due date.

• For a payment which late more than 20 days from the payment due date, without prior notice from the parents, we consider this as a withdrawal child from school.

• Please check the tuition detailed listing for each month, in case of any misstatement, kindly contact us for clarification.

TUITION DEFERRAL OR TRANSITION REFUND POLICY

• Suspension and tuition retention

Students apply for a break must submit a school absence application to the school at least 10 days prior to the absence.

Students are to complete the payment of the reservation fee (1,000,000 VND/month) in case the student is absent from 01 to 03 months.

The deferral fee and the reservation fee (if any) will be deducted from the tuition fee for the following semester when the student returns to school.

The maximum time students could defer a semester is three months. If the student failed to return for studies in the given time, the school will have the right to retain the tuition fees and refund will not be permitted. The student will also not be secured a place in the university.

Withdrawal and refund:

​The withdrawing student is to submit the following documents to the school at least 30 days prior to the student’s last school day:

– School withdrawal application form

– Tuition receipt certified by the school or invoices.

For 01 – 03-month registration and tuition completion: No refund of tuition fee or addition fee in any case.

For 06-month registration and tuition completion: Maximum refund for 01 month tuition. No refund of other fees under any circumstances.

For 12-month enrollment and tuition fee payment: refund up to 2 months of tuition. No refund of other fees under any circumstances.

Transfer to another person: This only applies to students who are siblings studying at the same school or students with brothers and sisters in the same household registration. Not apply for registration fee or infrastructure fee. Please prepare these following:

– Form of tuition fees transfer application
– Certified copy of the birth certificate of the student who transfers and the transferred student;
– Related certifications: hospital certificate or certificate of employment …;
– Tuition receipt certified by the university or tuition invoice.
– Certified copy of the birth certificate of the student who transfers and the transferred student;

The school will consider transfer tuition fees within 05 days after receiving all valid documents.

* Financial policies and regulations may be changed according to the time of university management. Any changes will be applied to both students.
